Our open-kitchen restaurant and bar take full advantage of the view across the bay.
The highest quality food products are purchased from reliable suppliers, or imported if unavailable locally.
· The fish - our specialty is raya - is fresh from the ocean purchased from the village fishermen.
· The beef for our kabobs and curries is lean ground beef ONLY.
· The beef for our barbeque is export-quality beef tenderloin.
· The chicken is skinless, boneless breast ONLY.
· Meats and fish are grilled on our barbeque.
· Curry dishes are made with a special Madras Curry Powder, imported from India via Canada.
· Fruits and vegetables are purchased in small quantities so they can always be served fresh.
· Coffee is a Nicaraguan Espresso Blend and is always fresh perked.
We serve local beers, the famous Nicaraguan Flor de Caña rum, other international liquors, and a large selection of wines - stored at the proper temperatures in our already famous Wine Cooler.
